I offer a safe, sensitive, trustworthy, supportive, and collaborative space so that when we work together you might start to feel comfortable enough to talk about the things that are hindering you in life, which maybe about yourself or another that are causing you distress. Together we can find meaning and understanding to your thoughts, feelings and at times conflicting emotions, moving closer to self-compassion and contentment in life.
As children the world is a different place, we see the world in a different way and so we internalize things from a different level of consciousness. Sometimes, not always, this can influence us in adulthood. This would be working at a deeper level where I would support you to explore inner feelings. I work at your pace the one that feels comfortable for you.
I have been working therapeutically since 2008. I work with a diverse range of individuals of any sexuality and background. I have experience of working with a broad range of psychological, emotional and relational issues, such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship difficulties.
Alongside my private practice I work for a funded NHS service as an assessor and supervisor. For over 10 years I have been working as a therapist for a specific service for trauma survivors, working with depression anxiety, trauma and PTSD. I worked therapeutically as a psychotherapist for a Bereavement service for 5 years.

Qualifications and training:

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) Level 4 Diploma
  • Foundation Degree in Science/Counselling Bath Spa University
  • Certificate in Supervision At CCPE
  • Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) Level 5 Diploma

  • Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP

 
Rates:
£70.00 per 50 minute session
