Therapy with Sean
In life, we can sometimes feel stuck, lost, and uncertain, as if we are on autopilot and not truly connected to ourselves, our partner, our family, or our friends. This can feel frustrating and isolating, making it hard to see a way forward.
Seeking therapy to explore who we are and what we want in life is a significant step in recognising the need for professional support and guidance in moving forward with clarity, understanding and acceptance.
I trained in Psychosynthesis: an integrative, humanisticmodality based on psychoanalysis that examines human nature holistically: mind, body, feelings, and soul.
I work creatively, adapting my approach to individual needs, exploring what is current, historical, and unknown to help make sense of complexity, uncertainty, vulnerability and the chaos of life.
